Q: How do I order?

A:  Please contact us for more information regarding any designs you take an interest in. From here we will supply you with an excel file to complete and we produce the artwork in your chosen design and colour. Then email you high resolution PDFs to look over and approve before commencing any printing.

Q: Can I see a sample?

A: Please let us know which design and colour you are interested in and we will be happy to send you a sample. Due to the bespoke nature of our invitations it may not be possible to send a sample in your chosen colour, in this instance we will include a colour swatch card.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A:  There is a minimum order of 50 for each item, however where invitations are concerned you are able to combine Day/Evening invitations. ie 40 Day and 10 Evening.

Q: Do you provide a bespoke design service?

A:  Yes, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Q: Can you match a colour of my choice?

A:  Yes we can match any colour of your choice but this may incur a small charge depending on order value.

Q: Do you provide envelopes?

A:  Yes we provide blank peel and seal envelopes with all our stationery.

Q: How is my stationery delivered?

A:  We deliver all our stationery via a signed for courier service.

Q: How many invitations do I need to order?

A:  We advise that you order 10% more than required to cover for errors and omissions.

Q: When should I order my invitations?

A:  It is advisable to order these at least 6 months in advance of the wedding.

Q: What information should I include in my wedding invitations?

A: : The basic information for wedding invitations that we will need to know are:

  • Names of the bride's parents/other hosts
  • First name and surname of the bridegroom
  • Date of the wedding ceremony (including the year)
  • Wedding ceremony details, (where it is taking place)
  • Time of the wedding ceremony
  • Location and time of the wedding reception
  • RSVP date by when your guests should respond.

A: : Other information that you may wish to include into your design are:

  • Directions to the venue
  • Map and full address/contact details of the venue
  • Accommodation details
  • Wedding gift list
  • Dietary requirements
  • Transportation instructions.

These extras cannot be done online but if you contact us we can arrange for this to be done for you.

Q: When should I order my save the date cards?

A:  It is advisable to order these at least 9 months in advance of the wedding.

Q: How long will my order take for Wedding Invitations?

A:  You should leave 15 working days from receipt of your order (excluding bank holidays).

Q: How long will my order take for table stationery and other elements?

A:  You should leave 10 working days from receipt of your order (excluding bank holidays).

Q: Will I receive a proof?

A:  Pdf proofs are generated online for you to view. If you would like a hard copy proof please contact us for a quotation.

Q: How do I get online to start creating my VO stationery?

A:  Please contact us and we will email you with your own personal log in details.

Q: Can VO print my own design?

A:  Yes, we are more than happy to produce your stationery from your hi res print-ready pdf artwork. Please contact us for a quotation and how to supply your artwork.
